Jessica Provins

Jessica Provins is an experienced paralegal and office administrator. She joins The Charter Law Group as our senior paralegal with a specialty in franchise registration state filings and compliance.

Jessica has a Business and Computer Specialist degree from Metro Business College. She previously worked as a Probate Paralegal and Accounting Assistant with The Limbaugh Firm for six years before joining the The Charter Law Group team in March, 2022. 

As a Franchise Paralegal Jessica is familiar with registration state requirements for franchise initial registrations, renewals and amendments in registration and business opportunity states and serves as liaison with state regulators throughout these processes.

Jessica lives in southeast Missouri and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter, is an avid reader, sports lover, and crafter. She also has three rabbits and two cats.
